The Basic Life Support (BLS) program at AHI is specifically aimed at health care professionals (HCP) to provide comprehensive BLS training about responding to a wide range of common medical emergencies as a single or team rescuer. It will teach situation-based techniques to develop the capabilities for critical thinking and problem solving that will lead to improved patient outcomes. The program will offer training about handling breathing and cardiac emergencies, including following trainings for all age groups – infant, child, adult because for BLS providers, when emergencies arise, it is their duty to be able to provide care to any individual who is in need.
